The 442-pound pictured fruit was grown on the 51 Gerry (AKA Seed Y) from the 2003 Haist that was pollinated by my 20 Gerry (Prizewinner X 689.5 Sandercock) in '20; (>>>VIEW FULL DETAILS<<<) *(You will get the seeds that grew this fruit!!!)*
It was my heaviest and biggest weighed pumpkin in '23 - therefore, with proper soil conditions (supercharged and with NO lapses in additional fertilization) and FULL sunshine as much as possible, anything is possible with this seed! I had another Seed Y in a bad (shady) spot that ended up weighing in at 275 pounds and ALSO had great shape and color! I'm looking VERY forward to planting this in '24!!!
This seed has Prizewinner way back in its genetics which MAY mean that the size of the fruits COULD be lesser than that of fully-Atlantic Giant genetics.
HOWEVER, since my heaviest weighed fruit with it was @ 442 pounds and I BARELY TRIED to grow this one or the other to their full potential,
anything is possible!!! If not for your front yard, all of them, any you put out will sell like 'hot cakes'!!!
Inevitably, this seed will establish your ORANGE as HECK Great Pumpkin renown in your neighborhood!
A second fruit on the pictured's plant at 163 pounds was an even-darker orange!
Ya gotta love those narrow stripes from end to end and the PERFECT shape!!!
