The 239-pound pictured fruit was grown on the 206.1 Gerry '17, which was a selfed 20 Gerry from 2010.

With proper soil conditions (supercharged and with NO lapses in additional fertilization) and FULL sunshine as much as possible, anything is possible with this seed, although I THINK it is geared toward BEAUTY (another plant of mine would prove it to you!) rather than SIZE, but if you want pumpkins to SELL to support growing them otherwise, THIS is the seed!!! I had another 206.1 in another patch that was a RIBBON-VINER, but not the entire plant, and on that ribbon vine, I still had a nice, DARK-ORANGE fruit on that plant, also!
